		<description>Does this mean that any image in any Elsevier  journal will essentially have a cc licence? 

If I am reading this correctly we have to wait for MIT to decide to publish images in open access material first before we can use it, Is that right? It is a wee bit confusing. Carolyn  DFLP08</description>
